Chairman

Andrew Pardey has over 30 years in the mining industry with a proven track record of success in exploration, project development, construction and operations. Between February 2015 and December 2019, he was Chief Executive Officer of Centamin Plc which holds the Tier 1 Sukari Gold Mine and was a driving force in bringing Sukari into production and was instrumental in the successful transition from construction and into production.  Mr Pardey is currently the Managing Director of Predictive Discovery Limited (ASX: PDI). Andrew holds a BSc in Geology.

Non-Executive Director

Steven Michael is a senior corporate finance executive with over 25 years of professional and corporate experience in financial advisory and investment banking and senior executive leadership roles within ASX-listed exploration companies with international assets. He is currently Managing Director of Flinders Mines Limited (ASX: FMS) and a Non-Executive Director of Predictive Discovery Limited (ASX: PDI). Mr Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Non-Executive Director

Mr Arnesen is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the international resources industry and extensive expertise in the structuring and negotiation of finance for major resource projects. Mr Arnesen has held executive roles with Billiton/Gencor, Ashanti Goldfields Company Limited, Equinox Minerals Limited, Gulf Industrials Limited and Nzuri Copper Limited. He has held non-executive director positions with Natasa Mining Limited, Asian Mineral Resources and Centamin Plc. Mr Arnesen serves as a Member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accounting.

Chief Financial Officer

Chris is a qualified accountant and has over 15 years’ broad experience in a multinational chartered accounting firm and a number of senior finance roles across the resources industry with projects in Africa, Canada and Central Asia. Chris has a range of experience across a variety of disciplines including joint ventures, international tax structuring, accounting and compliance, commercial contracts, project divestments and acquisitions.

Chris has a Bachelor of Commerce, Diploma of Accounting and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Company Secretary

Stuart has over 25 years of experience in senior commercial roles. He was previously Company Secretary with Anvil Mining Limited for six years, prior to which he held senior positions with Ok Tedi Mining Limited, Ernst and Young and HSBC.

Exploration Manager

Mr Couderc has over 20 years’ experience in a range of commodities and geological settings, most recently, in Côte d’Ivoire as Exploration Manager for Centamin Plc. Pierrick led the team that discovered the 5.4Moz Doropo Project and the 2.2Moz ABC Project. Pierrick is a French national and fluent in both French and English.
